Halloween
The New Orleans region fully embraces the Halloween spirit and has something to offer all ages. New Orleans is considered a prime destination for Halloween tourism. Like Christmas, Halloween taps into memories of fun we had as children. Many of us associate Halloween with fun craft projects, picking out a costume, and going out trick-or-treating. Halloween, like Christmas, has something for all age groups. It has a pantheon of fun characters. Halloween has creative traditions which involve crafting and decorating. There are Halloween parties to attend, and movies to watch. Like Christmas, Halloween helps define the spirit of the time of year it is part of.
